Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for the implementation of MES, IIOT, and analytics solutions for our clients.
• Lead a team of support engineers and technicians to ensure that all technical issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of best practices, troubleshooting techniques, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all solutions are integrated and working as intended.
• Work closely with the project manager to ensure that project milestones and deadlines are met.
• Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide guidance on the implementation and support of the MES, IIOT, and analytics solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for all technical support processes and procedures.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5 to 7 Years
• Qualification: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Experience in MES, IIOT, and analytics solution support.
• Strong technical knowledge of MES, IIOT, and analytics solutions.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to travel as required.
