Job Brief

We’re seeking skilled and detail-oriented IT Analysts to join our Technology team. To excel in this role, you must be organized, professional, have strong verbal and written communication skills, be a team player, and possess in-depth knowledge of the department. Your main responsibilities will include the following:

Role Responsibilities:

Communicate with management to understand their requirements.

Develop and analyze functional tech solutions.

Design efficient IT systems to meet business and technology needs.

Build and implement technology solutions.

Integrate multiple systems and reconcile the needs of different teams.

Fulfillment software upgrades

Website optimization

Develop apps that we can offer on the Apple and Android app stores.

Research AI programs and software and make recommendations to the team regarding how we can integrate and leverage AI to work more efficiently.

Provide advice and technical training.

Create presentations and host live webinar training.

Keep up to date on technology trends and developments.

Gather feedback from end users about system performance.

Plan and oversee projects (e.g., upgrades, hardware/software installations)

Ad Hoc and miscellaneous tasks and projects as needed.

Required Skills:

B.Sc./BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Proven experience as an IT Analyst, IT Consultant, or similar role.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in project management

Knowledge of databases, system security and troubleshooting

Understanding of business practices

Excellent communication skills

Analytical mindset

Problem-solving aptitude
