Job description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for direct sales management for the assigned territory and achieving yearly sales quota
- Manage the sales funnel to hit goals through effective deal strategizing and coaching
- Responsible for the regions forecasting and sales tracking.
- Research and cold calling to identify potential customers and to find out their needs
- Study sales volume and industry trends to understand how to best penetrate the market and gain consumer interest
- Work quickly to solve consumer complaints to retain business, and build the company's reputation
- Regularly visit existing accounts to maintain professional business relations
- Promptly submit orders and follow-through to ensure customer requests are honored
- Create and deliver sales presentations that are compelling, accurate, and informative
- Should have a proven track record of delivering creative solutions to overcome obstacles and enhance profitability
- Evaluate business opportunities and potential markets by conducting market research
- Maintain and expand customer base and build rapport with key customers / identify new customer opportunities in the market
- Assist channel partners in the assigned region with their on-going marketing needs, sales strategies, product / application information etc and do joint calls with dealers
