Roles and Responsibilities :
- The principal responsibility of candidate would be to identify potential customers.
- Create and accept new challenges.
- Lead an existing sales team and hunting the new talent available in market.
- Maintain relations with clients and apply innovative methods to obtain target results.
- Additional Responsibilities will include maintaining and updating Customer records in ERP system.
- Holding sales and marketing experience in dealing with shippers/intermediaries and leading corporate especially in the Far East /Europe trade with a proven track record.
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, leadership qualities and team building abilities will be the core strength of the ideal incumbent.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives of the company.
- Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a specified period.
- Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
- Develop and implement a strategy to maintain and increase business with each account (existing and potential) in sales territory
- Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by management.
