Site Administration Manager

Job Description:
Performs duties and responsibilities as instructed by Site Manager.
Provide all type of administrative support to Site Manager & Supervisors.
Administration & Management of Canteen,
Logistics Management (Employee & Site Equipment)
Maintenance of Staff and Workmen camps
Local Procurement Support
Site Accounting
Equipment / Asset usage log register records.
Employees and workmen Biodata, Qualification, Deployment register maintenance, Timesheets (Attendance)
Local and workmen disputes and all Personnel Employment & recreation related topics.
Develop and maintain document / filing system on site.
Legal documents in line of Labour compliance, WCP and BOCW, taxes and statutory other compliances which is desired to execute the contract.
Learns, interprets, and implements Organizational policies, Regulations & Procedures at site.
Perform general clerical duties, filing and couriers, material receiving etc.
Coordination with Employer’s team (as per instructions of Site Manager) when necessary.
Assist with Employer meetings, if necessary.
Basic understanding of HSE systems and requirements.
Organize Site Office and HSE supplies, stationary etc.
Suggest and implement improved work methods and systems related to administrative tasks.

Required Knowledge and Experience:
Experience in the construction industry (preferably Hydro E & M background).
Multi-tasker, working within time constraints and able to handle pressure.
Punctual and dependable.
Team player, flexible and able to work well with site team members.
Must possess Construction Site administration related experience with knowledge of purchasing, accounts payable and payroll. Basic accounting knowledge will be good.
Intermediate level of computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel & Power Point.
Ability to work independently, provide accurate data input and record keeping.
Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and handling of confidential information.
Able to work in shifts, workplace that requires use of PPE
Strong communication skills, ability to deal properly with Employees, Visitors and Employer.
