We are looking for an Entry-Level Benefits Specialist to join our fast paced, growing team. At the Catalano Agency, a subsidiary of American Income Life, we work with over 30,000 different labor union, credit unions, and associations, providing them with permanent life benefits to help protect themselves and their families. Working with these niche market groups, we have individuals to work with and therefore have no need for cold calling, prospecting, or selling to family and friends.

Our mission is to provide the best possible quality of service to our clients and provide our agents and staff with an energetic work environment that helps individuals achieve all life has to offer.

Qualifications:

•The ability and work ethic to hit targeted weekly and monthly goals

•Ability to work afternoons/evenings

•Has a Windows 10 OS Laptop or PC - Not MacOS, or Chromebook OS

•Has a Smartphone

•Computer software knowledge (Zoom, Google, Calendly, Microsoft Office)

•Ability to pass a background check
