(Will be based out of Kolkata but should be available for travelling both within city limit as well as outstation)
Profile: Minimum graduate, ideally from pharma-sales background with strong network with practicing doctors in Kolkata as well as in suburban district areas. Ideal candidates should have similar doctors’ engagement experience (proven) and must be well versed with technology applications and mobile /computer savvy. Ideal candidates should carry targets, both for on-boarding as well as for retaining the doctors.
Visiting assigned territory and meeting prospective partners, briefing the partners on the business model. Preparing and giving business presentations to all prospective partners.
-Developing a strong network of Franchisee partners of the Tele-healthcare business.
-Activating those franchisees and make the partner’s business profitable.
- On-boarding practicing doctors and running clinics and pathology/radiology centres on the service platform.
- Similarly, creating a back end tie up with hospitals and nursing homes as per laid down business plan and structures.
-Creating an efficient team of field force and monitor the works (on day to day basis) of the field staffs.
-Preparing reports and submitting reports of activities and functions, developments to the management on regular basis.
- Analyze business situation and fetching intelligent business data from market and drive the business accordingly.
-Assuming and managing business targets.
Contract length: 12 months
