You will be working as Sales Support - Customer Support and will be reporting to Sales Support Manager and will be a part of Process Automation Business area for Measurement and Analytics division in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be primarily responsible for leading a team of specialists who provide internal and external customers support (e.g., technical, order assistance, payment-related assistance). Oversee customer support process, definition, implementation, and execution in order to achieve target levels of service quality, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities

Reviewing the customer purchase orders and taking the back log dump periodically
Intimating engineering team for submitting order related documents
Communicating OA to Customer on delivery and taking the PR actions and coordinate with SCM for PO/OA process
Communicating to customer on order status and do follow up for manufacturing clearance wherever applicable
Coordinating with internal departments like SCM, Order booking, Sales, Quality, factories, Store and logistic team
Understanding the situation and reply to customer and should have responsible behavior
Updating any issue/concern to manager intime to avoid further damage and keep vision on customer centric

Your background

Diploma or Degree (female candidate)
SAP SD knowledge is required and must prior 1 or 2 years order handling experience is must
Should have knowledge on Customer Support Management/ Problem Solving
Excellent communication skills
