Profile : Sale Manager - Personal loan
Experience : Minimum 4-8 Years
Location : Mumbai,Delhi, Bangalore, Ahmedabad & Jaipur
Responsibilities :
- Source and on-board new channels, connectors etc. to increase penetration in the allocated area.
- Maintain positive business relationships with Channel Partners and Bank back office teams.
- Train and support Channel Partners on a regular basis to ensure maximum productivity.
- Conduct activities across Corporate, Malls, Railway Stations etc. to generate new leads for Company's products and services.
- Source, guide and assist customers to select the most suitable product, basis the profile and Bank/Lender policies.
- Ensure the timely completion of applications and relevant documents sourced, by promptly coordinating with Channel Partners and Customers.
- Achieve the targets assigned as per the work profile and geography.
- Promote and sell/cross sell products/services using in depth product knowledge.
- Expedite the resolution to the problems or complaints to maximize customer/channel partner satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Bank and in-house team to accelerate the work process.
- Reach out to old and new customers with various product offers and pitch them the benefits.
- Maintain and timely update of the records as per the task assigned.
