Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills both verbal & written
• Graduates / Undergraduates can apply
• 1 year of experience handling US customers in the same field is mandatory
• Should have a positive attitude and possess a good thought flow process
• Should have experience in handling various types of queries on social medial platforms.
• Should resolve the queries within the defined TAT
• Should have worked on various tools like Sprinklr, Radian6 Hootsuite, Gorgeous etc.
• Should analyze the severity/criticality of the customer query and resolve the same in the defined TAT
• For 1 to 2 Years of relevant experience - CTC - 4.6 LPA.
• For 2+ years of relevant experience - CTC - 5.6 LPA.
• Education: Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)
• Experience: total work: 1 year (Required), Customer service: 1 year (Required)
• Language: English (Required)
